Ingredients:
- 1 lb crisp green beans or 1 lb carrots or 1 lb cauliflower or 1 lb broccoli or 1 lb onion (Any mix you incline toward)
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- 1⁄4 glass chicken stock.
Directions:
- Cut and blend vegetable combo.Stirfry vegetables for 2 minutes in oil.
- Include soy sauce,sugar and sear 1 minutes.
- Include chicken broth,cover and steam for 8 minutes.
