Unknown

Chinese Peanut Sauce

Attempt this as a crude plunge or for gently steamed veggies, or as a dressing for cool cooked noodles. You might thin this sauce to your loving.

Ingredients:


  • 1⁄2cup great nutty spread 
  • 1⁄2cup water (hot) 
  • 2tablespoons soy sauce 
  • 2tablespoons sugar 
  • 3garlic cloves, minced 
  • 1teaspoon juice vinegar 
  • 1 - 2tablespoon crisp cilantro, minced 
  • Cayenne (if nutty spread is unsalted) 

Directions:

Place nutty spread in a little bowl.
Include the boiling hot water and mix quietly with a spoon or a little race until consistently blended.
Blend in remaining fixings and blend well.
Cover firmly and refrigerate.
Give it a chance to come to room temperature before serving.
